was there ever a time where she didn’t exactly look cute to him? artem scratched his cheek before offering a smile again. this was not a business trip and tohru herself looked really cute-his eyes shifted to the ground. people expected nothing less of him, but that didn’t mean he’d feel more comfortable in casual clothes. was it… weird for him to wear normal clothes? she only knew him in suits and he honestly had a million of them. He noticed her staring, cheeks covered in a soft red hue. “this was my first ever idol performance, so my expectations were high,” she joked, smiling over at him. “but i really did enjoy it.” Was that a power of idols? To spread happiness? That was certainly a lot different than HER job. His singing and dancing exuded his own brand of energy and joy, and it was really nice to see everyone joining in. And then this idol before her had managed to keep her in place. Even so, the noise from the crowds drew her in. This was her first idol performance, and it had been by accident. It wasn’t something that she was used to. the amount of practice that went into it… jeez, that’s really impressive.” “it was amazing! i didn’t catch it all, but even so, i was able to get caught up in the moment. He seemed eager to hear what she thought, and for some reason she was frozen in place under his stare. Tohru didn’t have to lie, she had really enjoyed what she had seen. She blinked, surprised at his question before realising it was probably only natural to ask what people thought about such things. How much training did idols do? Perhaps she ought to ask Kiki about it sometime, she was the all-knowing expert on idols after all. Despite going through all of that effort, he still seemed to have some energy left. She was pretty much still caught up in the energy of the live performance. “e-eh? if you’re sure,” she replied, a little startled but sending him a grin. He crosses a leg over another, leaning forward and resting his elbows on his thighs, and head in hands. “Did you catch the performance, miss? What did you think~? Did it give you the energy you wanted?” Mitsuru bombarded her with questions. “No need! I’ll sit riiii~ght here!” Mitsuru responds, only able to catch a bit of shade. Mitsuru makes his way to the spot where he wanted to sit, but as soon as he got there, he noticed a young lady that had already taken his spot! She even offered to move out of the way so that he would be able to sit! “Nice to meet you, good to see you, really!” Mitsuru said to all his fans, among accepting compliments and handshakes from others, and even the occasional photo-op… Sometimes the life of an idol was exhausting, but it was rewarding! While the crowd was still moving away, he spots a seat with nice shade, nobody tending to it. The crowd dispersing into what seemed to be the current establishment they stood in front of, or walking away to tend to other business. What better idea to attract potential guests and customers than putting on a show for them to watch while they do their things within the establishments!īut of course, there were moments where he had to have cooldown time, and this seemed like the perfect time. He was scouted by agencies other than those in the Ensemble Square for assisting with putting on a show for stores, restaurants, and other establishments that were having their grand opening that day. Though he wasn’t used to performing alone, Mitsuru knew he could do it.
